Use and review notes
This organizer is not a will, trust, power of attorney, medical order, beneficiary designation or grant of account access. It has not received qualified professional signoff. For an immediate life-threatening emergency in the United States, call 911 rather than searching the Binder.
Keep completed copies private. Do not enter passwords, PINs, recovery codes, full financial account numbers, government identification numbers, seed phrases or private keys. These files do not encrypt your entries. Use non-secret record references and review exactly what a helper receives.
Print a small single-sided sample at actual size on matching paper. Check writing room, scaling and hole-punch clearance with your printer and binder. Reader, native Word, physical-print and assistive-technology acceptance remain open. PDFs are untagged; no PDF/UA compliance is claimed.
The source list at X-B was rechecked November 2, 2026 and includes CFPB, USA.gov, 911.gov, Apple, Google and NYC Emergency Management. Provider processes and local requirements may change. The downloadable edition does not activate or certify the separate online builder.
