Privacy & Data Handling

Effective October 29, 2026. This notice explains how David Tom Publishing handles information on davidtompublishing.com, including Games, educational publications, subscriptions and feedback. Different third-party services may have their own privacy notices.

Information you provide

When you subscribe, WordPress.com/Jetpack processes your email address and subscription preferences. When you use the feedback form, the information you choose to provide—including an optional reply email, affected page, browser details and your message—is sent to our support mailbox. Public game reviews and comments, if submitted and approved, can be visible to other visitors. Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, financial-account details, medical records, or completed household-planning documents.

Games and tools

Games may store progress, settings, achievements or scores in your browser on your device. Export and import features can preserve a copy where supported; clearing browser storage or changing devices can remove progress. See Games & Backups. The live Compound Interest Calculator and Money Check-In process entered financial values in the open page without transmitting those values to DTP or automatically saving them. Optional exports are downloaded to your device. Money Check-In can reopen a plan file you explicitly select; it does not provide an account or cloud save. Downloaded files contain your entries and are not encrypted by these tools, so keep them private. Neither tool connects to a bank or places trades. Future data-connected features require their own data-handling review.

Website technology and service providers

Our WordPress.com hosting, Jetpack, anti-spam and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, cookies, access logs and interactions needed to operate, secure and measure the website. Microsoft 365 handles messages delivered to our support inbox. Game ratings use Site Reviews and may require moderation. Some pages may embed external resources or link to other sites; those providers apply their own practices. For WordPress.com’s provider practices, see Automattic’s Privacy Policy.

Advertising and analytics

The site includes advertising-related components, but their presence does not mean personalized advertisements are currently active. If advertising is enabled later, we will review applicable disclosures and consent requirements before expanding tracking. WordPress/Jetpack statistics and security features may collect usage and diagnostic information as described by their providers.

Retention, choices and requests

Information may be retained for the time needed to provide a requested service, respond to feedback, moderate reviews, maintain security and comply with applicable obligations. Specific provider retention periods vary and are subject to review. You can unsubscribe using links in subscription emails, clear local game data through your browser (after exporting any available backups), or request review or deletion of information you submitted to us, subject to applicable requirements. For questions or requests, email support@davidtompublishing.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Family Emergency & Legacy Binder

The public Binder page currently provides product information and a free reference sheet. The full Online Builder remains in private testing and is not a public submission service. Do not upload or email completed Binder worksheets. Printed or exported documents may contain sensitive information and must be protected by their holder.
