FREE EMERGENCY SHEET AVAILABLE · FULL EDITIONS IN DEVELOPMENT
Make important information easier to find.
A practical handoff guide for the people you trust. Organize contacts, household instructions, account locations and personal wishes, starting with one useful page.
The Online Builder and Print & File Workbook are in development. Ordering is not open.
Personal and household use, printing and private backups are permitted. Keep the included use-notice page. Public redistribution or resale requires a license or permission unless the law allows it. Read use and sharing permissions.
Start with three small steps
- Download the blank emergency sheet. It is a free US Letter PDF with one fillable worksheet page and a separate use-notice page.
- Add the essentials. Record trusted contacts, a meeting place and useful service numbers. Decide which details are safe to display.
- Test the handoff. Save and reopen your copy, then check that a trusted person knows where it is and understands it.
Use it to prepare for a household disruption, help someone supporting a family member, or make everyday instructions easier to find.

Fridge & Babysitter Cards
Make household handoffs easier. Six practical cards bring together essential contacts, familiar routines and useful locations. Fill in the cards you need, review them together, and keep private caregiver references with the person helping.

- I need help: a simple child help card with a home address and outside meeting place.
- Household contacts: primary and backup adults, Poison Help and phone location.
- While we’re away: a private babysitter handoff for a particular visit.
- Our usual routine: meals, rest, activities and familiar comfort items.
- Pet sitter notes: owner, backup and veterinary contacts plus care-instruction locations.
- Find it fast: locations of household supplies and the emergency plan.
Free fillable PDFs · U.S. edition · Version 1.1
The Letter pack has six 5 × 7-inch cut-out cards and three adult guide pages. Print pages 1-3 for the core contact cards, or add pages 4-6 for routine, pet and supplies references. Keep pages 7-9 for setup, the walkthrough and use notices. A separate larger child-help display is also available.
Need exact-size pages? Download the 5 × 7-inch version (PDF, 10 pages). The larger child-help PDF has four Letter pages. Save a local copy, reopen it and check every entry and the print preview. Print the Letter cut-outs at Actual size / 100% and check the one-inch ruler. Use a securely mounted sleeve or pocket; avoid small loose magnets around children. A physical magnet is not included.
Optional print check: Download the fillable Print & Fit checklist (PDF, 5 pages) to check dimensions and record your PDF app, printer, fit and reader observations. Save and reopen your copy to check your entries. You can also complete it by hand.
Household printing, private backups and private sharing of completed cards with trusted caregivers are permitted. Keep the setup and use notices with your copy. Leave private medical details, passwords and entry codes off the fridge. These planning aids do not replace emergency services, supervision or professional advice. Use and sharing permissions · Terms & Limitations.
One system. Two ways to prepare.
Both planned editions use matching section numbers, worksheet codes and document-pocket references. Start with the essentials, skip what does not apply and update your records as your household changes.

Print & File Workbook
A physical, loose-leaf organizer designed for handwriting and filing appropriate document copies.
- 22 sections for household information and handoff planning.
- A document index connecting copies with original locations.
- Repeatable worksheets, pocket covers, review logs and a trusted-helper handoff test.
The current production master has 46 workbook pages and 18 pocket-cover pages. Printing, binder components, pricing and shipping are under review. Physical orders are not open.
What the full binder is designed to organize
- Emergency and household care: contacts, home and utility locations, care instructions, dependents and pets.
- Legal and financial map: document locations, existing representative roles, account locators, insurance and benefits.
- Bills and subscriptions: essential services, renewals and files to preserve before cancellation.
- Digital access: non-secret recovery instructions, devices, backups and provider legacy arrangements.
- Handoff and maintenance: a document index, notification plan, activity logs, personal wishes and regular reviews.
A filing example: worksheet 08-B identifies an account, pocket cover 08-FIN identifies the related reference copies, and Section 18 records dates and original locations. The same references are intended for both editions.
Keep sensitive information secure
Use aliases, last-four-digit references and document locations instead of passwords, PINs, recovery codes, full account numbers or Social Security numbers. Keep sensitive originals and recovery materials separately secured.
The online edition is being developed around customer-controlled entries and exports. Deployment and security checks are still pending. This page does not collect binder entries or accept document uploads. Please do not send private completed pages to support.
Questions before you begin
Does this replace a will, trust or estate plan?
No. It organizes information and practical instructions. It does not create legal documents, appoint a representative, change beneficiaries or grant account access. Professional legal, tax, financial or medical advice may still be needed.
Can I work entirely on paper?
The planned Print & File edition is designed for handwriting and filing copies. The free emergency sheet can already be printed and completed by hand. Final package contents will be specified before orders open.
Do I need to complete every section?
No. Choose the sections that apply to your household. Start with essential contacts and document locations, mark uncertain information for review, and add records when needed.
Can I buy either full edition now?
Not yet. Pricing, delivery, formats, customer terms and fulfillment details will be published before checkout opens. The free emergency sheet is available now.
