A 16-page guide with five reusable worksheets: scope and records, budget entries, bill timing, savings goals and a month-end snapshot. Includes a complete fictional budget, transfer and card-payment distinctions, and a dated cash-flow example.
Free working edition 0.4 — November 2, 2026. These are evergreen tools for any month, not monthly publications or subscriptions. The savings worksheet now includes guidance for completed goals, zero additions and unknown inputs.
Print and write by hand, or edit the Word copy. Calculations are manual. These files work independently of the DTP spreadsheet; no spreadsheet or automatic calculation is included.

Savings calculation: If the target is already met, the remaining amount and additional contribution months are zero. If money remains to be saved and the planned addition is zero, there is no finite completion estimate at that rate. Leave unknown inputs unresolved; divide only by a known positive addition.
Use one copy per month and keep corrections with their source references. Amounts use USD. All examples are fictional; they are teaching cases, not a recommended budget or individualized financial advice.
Reader, physical-print, native Word and assistive-technology acceptance remain open. PDFs are untagged; no PDF/UA compliance is claimed. Test one page before printing the whole guide. Keep completed records private and omit passwords and full account or government identification numbers.
