Start with a gentler run

Review Downhill Practice →

  1. Review Practice. It runs at 60% speed, shows obstacle outlines and has no pursuer. Prepare a new round when you are ready.
  2. Find open snow. Use Left and Right to steer. Jump over rocks with Space or Up, or the on-screen Jump button.
  3. Try one course. Practice covers 1,000 metres. Pause whenever you need a break, then review the result or try the same slope again.

Practice is for learning and earns no medals. A mode link does not start a run; follow the in-game prompts before replacing an unfinished run.

Choose your next line

Session size: start with one short Practice course. Sprint and Slalom also have 1,000-metre finish lines; Endless keeps going until the run ends.

Sprint: reach the finish and collect stars. Slalom: find your line through 12 gates. Daily Sprint: review a shared UTC course and its targets before preparing a run.

Controls, comfort and saving

Use Left and Right to steer and Space or Up to jump. On-screen steering and Jump buttons are available for touch. Pause freezes the run.

Music, effects and supported vibration are optional in Sound & feedback. Reduced-motion choices keep feedback calmer, and obstacle outlines can make collision boundaries easier to read.
