Local, unverified medals. No public leaderboard. Desk attempts have separate results; your regular cart keeps its business records and six morning stamps. The latest 31 daily bests are kept, along with all earned marks.

Plan your morning
Before openingJust enough for a good morning
Buy supplies before opening. Coffee and cups carry over. Milk and ice can spoil when service ends.
Plan a supply basket
This is a planning estimate, not guaranteed sales. Buying is always your choice; the buttons below place each order.
A little help goes a long way
Staff, equipment and the day's menu are chosen before opening. A busy location is most useful when your cart can keep up.

How to make a good morning
Read the weather → choose a spot → stock your drinks → open. Each neighbourhood has different footfall and a daily fee. The weather changes which drinks people want. Raising prices can improve the margin on each sale, but some visitors will walk away.
Every drink uses coffee and a cup. Iced coffee also needs ice; a latte needs milk. Ingredients are shared, so the menu's possible cup counts cannot all be added together. Milk and ice can spoil at closing. A cooler reduces waste; better brewing equipment and a helper can shorten queues.
Buying supplies reduces cash immediately. Operating profit counts stock when it is used or spoiled. Business value includes cash, remaining supplies at cost and equipment at its resale value. It is the measure used for your personal records.
The 7-day challenge uses the same starting conditions each time. Complete all seven days to record a result. Endless cart starts a new seeded business and records your best completed day. These are local records on this device.
Service time counts real seconds while the cart is running. Speed changes how quickly you watch the day, not the outcome of the same plan. Planning, reports and pauses do not count. Leaving the tab pauses service; a restored day starts paused.
Progress saves in this browser when storage is available. Optional sound effects, ambient music and movement use the collection's Sound & feedback controls.

Stored on this device. Ranked by business value; completed challenges and endless days are separate.
Progress & backupYour morning stamps
A little card. Plenty of possibilities.
Your morning stamps
Try a different route or a more careful plan. Stamps are personal goals saved on this device and kept when you start another cart.
Keep a copy of your cart
A backup includes your regular cart, the pinned Desk attempt, selected mode, timers, personal records, six stamps, challenge medals and marks. Restoring replaces both runs and keeps your higher local records and earned achievements. Older Coffee Cart files are still accepted.
Download a backup before clearing this browser's data or moving to another device.
